This site is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and to be honest about what happens when you use the Readiness Check, Second-Half Condition Report, or email forms.
Readiness Check
The Start Here Readiness Check is email-free. Answers stay in your browser under the localStorage key project0430-readiness. Project 0430 does not receive those answers unless you later choose a separate form that asks for email.
Second-Half Condition Report assessment data
Answers are scored in your browser. After you provide an email and required consent to receive the Second-Half Condition Report results, the same session stores your answers, score, band, and dimension totals so the results page can render. That session copy is not a medical record. Sunday Field Notes is a separate optional checkbox, off by default.
When a form endpoint is configured (Formspree or another ESP), we transmit email, optional first name, consent, quiz_version, total score, band, and dimension scores so we can send a confirmation. We do not use this assessment as a diagnosis. Do not submit information you do not want emailed to Project 0430.
If no form endpoint is configured, the site still shows your results in-session and does not persist answers on a Project 0430 server.
Sunday Field Notes and email signups
Sunday Field Notes signups from the homepage form are saved in Project 0430's own database, separate from member accounts. We keep your email, the date you signed up, where you signed up, and when you agreed to receive Field Notes. Every Field Notes email will include an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we keep that record and the date you unsubscribed, so we don't send you Field Notes again.
Member area
The member area signs you in with a magic link sent to the email on your Stripe Build or Build Guided subscription. A httpOnly cookie remembers that session for 30 days. We store weekly scorecard rows: week start (Monday, America/Indiana/Indianapolis), program level, week number, strength sessions, session mode, Baseline days, evening energy, protein-first days, sleep/stress, health-margin gut, life demand, promises kept/planned, optional Saturday-proof text, and optional notes.
We do not collect or store diagnoses, medications, bloodwork, clinical pain scores, or before/after photos. Do not enter those in notes. Process badges unlock from the scorecard only. There is no public leaderboard.
0430 AI Coach (Build Guided)
Build Guided members can chat with the 0430 AI Coach, an AI assistant inside the member area. It is software, not a person, and it does not speak for Ryan or any clinician. To answer, we send your message, your last 20 Coach messages, your first name, your plan, track, week and week mode, today's session and this week's plan, the number of sessions and Baseline days you've logged in the last 14 days, and this week's session count versus the plan, pace, and protein-first days when those numbers are already on your logs, to our AI model provider, OpenAI (through Vercel AI Gateway). We keep Coach messages for 90 days so the 0430 team can review them for safety and quality, then we delete them. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. To have your Coach history deleted sooner, email hello@project0430.com from the address on your account, and we'll delete it. Don't enter diagnoses, medications, lab results, or other medical details in the Coach. It won't advise on them, and it will point you to a doctor.
Contacting the team.
When you use the Contact form in the member area, or send a message to the team from the 0430 AI Coach chat, we send your name, your account email, the topic you picked, and your message to the 0430 team inbox (hello@project0430.com) through our email provider, the same service that sends our sign-in emails. We don't keep a separate copy in our member database. The message stays in our team inbox, and our email provider keeps its own record of sent emails. A message you send from the Coach chat is also saved in your Coach chat history, and is deleted with it after 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
Payments
Checkout, when live, is handled by Stripe on Stripe's pages. Billing management uses the Stripe customer portal. Project 0430 does not store card numbers on this website.
External services
Project 0430 Online, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and other external destinations have their own privacy practices. Review those services before submitting information. Our footer links to the Project 0430 Facebook Page. We don't put a Facebook pixel or any other Facebook tracking on this site. Gear is not for sale on this site.
Analytics
Named events may be recorded in the browser (dataLayer stubs) to understand whether the Second-Half Condition Report and offer are used. Do not enable a third-party analytics vendor without updating this notice.
We count clicks on our join buttons, and which site sent you, to see what helps people pick a plan. These counts use no cookies, store no IP address, and aren't tied to you.
