Terms
Use the information responsibly.
These basic terms govern use of the public Project 0430 website.
Educational use
Content is provided for general educational purposes and is not individualized medical, nutritional, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
0430 AI Coach
The 0430 AI Coach is an AI tool for Build Guided members. Its answers are general training and everyday-habit guidance based on your Project 0430 program. They are not medical advice, and they can be wrong. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise on symptoms, medications, labs, or injuries. If you have pain, chest pain, dizziness, or any symptom that worries you, stop and contact a medical professional. Use is limited to 20 messages per day, across the website and app combined, and access ends if your Build Guided membership ends.
Intellectual property
Project 0430 branding, original text, graphics, video, and program materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or presented as another party's work without written permission.
No warranties
The website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific health or fitness result.
Memberships and checkout
Your card is kept on file to verify your account and make upgrading easy. Dawn is free, and you won't be charged unless you choose to upgrade. Build and Build Guided, when purchased, are billed monthly or annually at the stated price until canceled. Stripe and Project 0430 Online may present additional terms at checkout or login.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Project 0430 adds products, memberships, forms, analytics, or other services.
